SLING TIME:

Already in Yard Hauled out: All sizes $155/hr 1 hr min.  for any portion of an hour. 

                We do not pro-rate.
CRANE SERVICE:

All bills to be paid in full at beginning of storage period and prior to launching.

HAUL AND LAUNCH:

30' Minimum Charge 16'9" Max Beam, Boats measured - charges length overall including bowsprit, solar panels, swim platform, etc.
SPECIAL HAUL/LAUNCH FOR SURVEY OR INSPECTION

44' & under $525.00        45' & over $600.00 - Minimum 1 hour in sling - each additional hour = $155.00 to not exceed 2 hours.   After 2 hours must block boat in work yard and schedule launch for next day.

DO IT YOURSELF WORK YARD/AREA:

Bring your own ladder, hoses, extension cords - 1 vehicle per boat. All work trucks, vans, RV will be charged an additional $18.00/day if 44' & under  and  $20.00/day if 45' & over.    

  • RUDDER REMOVAL: Do  NOT dig holes, trenches, slits, etc to remove rudder.  Schedule boat lift with office to remove rudder.
Tarp must be under boat entire time in work yard for any work being done  
Bring your own tarps or purchase/rent tarps from us.
Vacuum recovery system must be used for any and all sanding.
No pressure washing or spray painting in work yard.  Yard crew will pressure wash in
our designated area.  Spray painting and sand blasting is only to be done in blasting area.



RENTALS:  
         Tarp Rental $10/month per tarp
         Dock & Day In & Day Out   $25 day charge  - 1 overnight max

Boats up to 44' - $18.00/day    Boats 45' & over $20.00/day up to 2 people, includes non-potable water. 
         Work Yard Electric 30amp spot $15/mth -  50amp spot $25/mth minimum charge - NO Pro-Rating
         Each Extra Person $2.75 per day  (over 2 people per boat)

OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS:

Due to it being a do-it-yourself work yard all outside contractors must report to office and provide
proof of insurance.  $40 per day charge to boat owner. 

LONG TERM DRY STORAGE:
Have boat ready for storage upon arrival.  30' minimum charge - on stands or blocks.

Three (3) month minimum charge / no refund until after the three month minimum is met. No refund for partial months. 
Storage fees are to be paid quarterly in advance.  

Boats under 44' = $4.50/ft Boats 45' & over $5.00/ft  per month with 4 stand / block
$6.00 per month for each extra stand / block

$60 per month electric spot to run your own dehumidifier - $95 for two. - Electric includes 1 boat check per month. 

Boat check available if it doesn't contain mildew preventative - $45 per check (no battery checks) Pump out is $45.00 extra

MISC. CHARGES:
                 Vehicle Storage $50.00 per month, per car
                 RV / Trailer $3.50 per foot per month
                 Boats on Trailers  $4.50 per foot per month
                 Must have hitch lock and provide us with key or combo or purchase one from us. 

                 All empty boat  trailers $3.50 per ft. per month
                 MOVES 44' & under $4.25/ft     45' & over $4.75/ft - All includes re-blocking of 4 stands. Each additional stand $6.00/ea



No working in storage area. No vehicles allowed in storage area except day hauled.
No Pre-launch loading in storage area.
NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN STORAGE AREA AFTER HOURS OR ON WEEKENDS. 

The Owner is allowed to Board the boat during working hours; however, only with 1st an office visit & approval and a fee of $20 per visit/vistor will be paid.   No vehicles allowed during the visit and nothing may be removed from the boat while it is it in the Storage Area. 

SUPPLIES:

Materials do not have to be purchased from Glades Boat Storage, Inc..  However, materials can be
ordered through yard.  We stock some paint.
